DEFIN 8 BARRE


Defin8 Fitness’ signature program.A dynamic fusion of fitness to basic ballet movements, turned into a workout. You move with the tempo and latest hits (or we do love some classic Whitney or Mj playlist too!) as you shape your arms, glutes and abs. Props are used such as the barre ball, nike straps, elastic bands and of course the ballet barre. Cannot wait to see you at the barre!

TRX CIRCUIT


If you want to sweat, have fun, burn calories, and increase your muscle endurance then TRX Circuit  is your class. We combine TRX training with resistance straps , kettlebell exercises and some floor work. This mix of gravity resistance and movement provides the ultimate workout to train strength, endurance, balance, coordination, flexibility, power and core stability. TRX aims to push your limits in this 50-minute experience.

ZUMBA


Love to dance and sweat? This is definitely the class that will make you move and dance without noticing the time and the calories being shaken off! Loose, no rules and pure fun-tastic! We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

PILATES REFORMER TRIOS


Are you a Pilates Fan? or have you been wanting to try pilates? Reformer is the best way to start off right technique, body awareness and posture. We work with the springs and different resitance level, anyone is open to join as you can always modify, regress or even progress specially it is a Trio class, a very small, group so we can definitely focus on everyone’s needs. It is considered a semi private training / small group training.

Complete with body assessment, looking at what your body needs first, to making a personalized training for you. Whatever your goal is, we can work towards it without compromising form or technique . Question: Is the studio close to the MTR?

Answer: Yes . It’s closely located to Mtr Central Exit D. By Marks and Spencers Queens Road, walk up 2 blocks, see the louboutin shop and it’s right beside it.

Question: Is there locker, shower and towels?

Answer: Yes.

Question: Any class for begginners or no experience?

Answer: All classes are multilevel as the instructor will give modifications so it will suit your own level. A lot of inexperienced (no workout experience) people came to classes and they were able to do and finish the class so you don’t have to worry.

Question: Do I need to pay before I come?

Answer: Yes. That will be ideal to make sure your spot is reserved .

Answer: Classes cancelled within 12 hours before will be charged as late.
