DEFIN8 BARRE

DEFIN8 FITNESS’ signature program. A dynamic fusion of fitness to basic ballet movements, turned into a workout. You move with the tempo and latest hits as you shape and tone your arms, glutes and abs! Props are used such as the barre ball, straps, elastic bands and of course the ballet barre! 

DEFIN8 BODY SCULPT

A mat-based muscle-toning and full-body conditioning class focusing on muscle endurance and stamina. Shape and tone your body using various props such as fitness balls, bands, fitness rings and light weights among others. Shape and SCULPT it!

SUSPENSION TRAINING (TRX)

If you want to sweat, have fun, burn calories, and increase your muscle endurance then TRX Circuit is your class. We combine body-weight suspension training with moderate weights exercises and some floor work. This mix of gravity resistance and movement provides the ultimate workout to train strength, endurance, balance, coordination, flexibility, power and core stability.

ZUMBA

Love to dance and sweat? This is definitely the class that will make you move and dance without noticing the time and the calories being shaken off! Loose, no rules and pure fun-tastic! We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise! 

BODYPUMP

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition. BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more!

PILATES (MAT)

A full-body workout that strengthens your core, increases flexibility, and improves overall body alignment and posture. Using body weight and other props, learn how to engage your deep core muscles. Get your core foundation right and lead yourself to a stronger you!

DEFIN8 HIIT STRENGTH

A STRENGTH training class that will hit your maximum muscular endurance capacity in an interval time-based format. This class targets all major muscle groups that will push you to get stronger and fitter! And with short burst of superset movements, with rest intervals plus a spike of cardio in between, your after-burn effect will sure be noticeable!
